Not at the start. Partners without a technical team begin as referral partners and earn commission while OneXEOS delivers the rollout. Once your team is certified you can deliver projects yourself and move to a higher commission rate.
Yes. An opportunity is attributed to the first partner who registers it in the partner portal, and that attribution holds for the length of the negotiation. The OneXEOS sales team does not approach a registered customer in parallel.
Commission is reconciled monthly and paid once the customer has settled the matching invoice. Each amount's status is visible in the partner portal, so there is no waiting on a manual statement.
